I just got home from NCASCD‘s three-day annual conference in Pinehurst, North Carolina. This was my first time attending, and I’m still unpacking, processing, and reflecting upon my newfound learning.

Flippen Group‘s Oneil Arrington was one of the most dynamic speakers I’ve ever heard, and not because he was necessarily so inspiring (which he was), but more because of his meaningful content and his authentic delivery. He really connected with the audience at a deep level. In fact, fellow conference attendees would later exclaim: “He was so engaging! He had my attention the whole time!”
