Hey, Friends.

I’m sorry. I just couldn’t do it this year.

Instead of curating all my blogs with the most hits and the exciting impressions to boost my brand and position myself as a future money-maker in the education world, I spent that time with my four-year-old son.

I didn’t blog half as much in 2021 as I did in 2020.

While I was reflecting deeply at any given moment, I didn’t always archive it right here. For the last few years, I’ve archived and reflected upon my Top 5 posts for the year… but I didn’t do that this year. And, for that, I’m sorry.

While 2020 was horrible, I believe that 2021 was even worse.

Yet, I’m optimistic for all-things-2022. I believe that next year will be better.

One thing that separates my blogs, reflections, experiences, authoring contributions, and my networks is that I’ve never made a dime at your expense. I’ve never manipulated you, your expertise, or your thoughts to support my cause. I’ve never begged you to buy my book, my next speaking engagement, or to believe in me…

And yet? Here you are! I love you!

Thank you for reflecting alongside me. I love learning from you.

As always, #HamstraHighlights welcomes your feedback.

Wishing you a great 2022!

Love, Kyle
